Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using React and .NET.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure the implementation of high-performance and responsive front-end features and functionalities.
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop server-side applications with robust backend capabilities.
• Maintain and optimize existing codebases and troubleshoot complex system issues as needed.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure team compliance with best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and technologies selected for upcoming software projects.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure deployment processes are automated and systems are efficiently scalable.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Develop testing protocols for comprehensive examination of developed solutions ensuring software reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-stack development using React and .NET technologies.
• Proficient understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies, including SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective team collaboration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
