Job Description

The Senior Executive - Civil 24N25 is a high-level position that plays a critical role in managing and overseeing civil engineering projects. This role requires an expert with a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of projects while meeting deadlines and budget constraints. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage major civil engineering projects from inception to completion efficiently.
  • Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and consultants on project sites and office settings.

  • Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated properly.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work adheres to technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and status updates to senior management.
  • Identify potential project risks and create effective mitigation strategies for prompt resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with advanced qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management or similar roles.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising and developing engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software and project management tools is essential.
