• Monitor and report on test execution and quality metrics to project teams and management.
• Review and analyze system specifications to determine appropriate test approach and test cases.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in automation testing best practices and tools.
• Continuously explore and implement innovative techniques to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Participate in code and design reviews to provide valuable feedback from a testing perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in automation testing, particularly with .NET applications.
• Proficiency in using automation testing tools like Selenium, NUnit, and Visual Studio.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
