Job Description

As a Senior Associate in Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR department and driving key HR initiatives to ensure the growth and development of the organization’s human capital. The role demands a strategic thinker who can carry out personnel actions, collaborate on new HR programs, and provide expert HR advice to stakeholders at all levels. This position requires balancing multiple projects, enhancing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also mentor junior associates, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in HR functions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to all stakeholders.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and select top talent for the organization.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding processes to integrate new hires optimally.
  • Mange employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively and promptly.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational design strategies.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff performance and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Mentor junior HR associates, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a human resources role, preferably senior level.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other modern HR technology tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to HR problem solving.
