Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our company’s sales targets and contributing to our business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings and telephone calls.
  • Create detailed proposals and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and feedback.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proven ability to use it effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a knack for problem-solving.
