Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong long-term relationships, and showcasing our products and services. You will serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients, answering queries, offering advice, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires someone who is both a highly motivated self-starter and an effective communicator, with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various strategies and methods.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to secure new business deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our product range to clients at meetings and events.
  • Understand and evaluate clients’ needs to tailor solutions that cater to their requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide clients with accurate information regarding product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive products.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas as set by the company management.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activity, forecasts, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a willingness to achieve goals.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of CRM software to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary for client meetings.
