As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand at various retail locations, engaging with customers and promoting our range of high-quality cosmetics. Your primary focus will be to drive sales by demonstrating product features, advising customers on the best products for their needs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to promote and sell cosmetic products effectively.
  • Demonstrate proper application techniques and product benefits to customers.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the cosmetics range and new product launches.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the company on a regular basis.
  • Organize and maintain promotional displays to attract customer interest and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with retail staff to ensure products are adequately stocked and merchandised.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints swiftly.
  • Collect and submit sales and customer feedback reports to the management team regularly.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional strategies.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at promotional display areas.
  • Engage in cross-selling and upselling to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales or promotion, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
  • Passion for cosmetics and a strong understanding of makeup and skincare products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • A positive attitude and an approachable demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
