As a Sales Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales efforts and increasing customer engagement. Responsibilities

  • Promote and demonstrate company products to potential customers with enthusiasm.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Create a positive brand presence and a seamless customer experience in the store.
  • Assist in the achievement of sales targets and contribute positively to team goals.
  • Report to sales managers regarding sales outcomes, customer feedback, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Set up and manage promotional displays efficiently to attract and inform customers.
  • Regularly update product knowledge to successfully educate and inform customers.
  • Conduct surveys and gather market information to inform sales strategies and opportunities.
  • Maintain the in-store appearance and restock samples and promotional material as required.
  • Track and report competitor activities, including pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure customer feedback and concerns are communicated appropriately and addressed swiftly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or promotions within a retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with an ability to engage aesthetically.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle sales objections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to analyze sales data effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales is desirable.
