As a Sales Officer, you play a crucial role in driving the sales growth and maintaining relationships with key clients, while continuously seeking out new business opportunities.   • Negotiate contracts, closing agreements, and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve strategies continuously.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional plans and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, transactions, and customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback to senior management about market trends and sales prospects.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to boost company visibility.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s sales policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience working in sales, particularly in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and also within a team setting effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
