Responsibilities

  • Swiftly address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Participate in sales training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge continually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least two years in a sales-related position.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and a good understanding of sales metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
