Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with driving sales growth and enhancing brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic professional who possesses both a flair for creative marketing and a strong acumen for sales. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities, developing marketing tactics to capitalize on them, leveraging existing relationships to boost sales, and ultimately contributing to the company's bottom line. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our product and sales teams to ensure alignment on branding and marketing messages that resonate with our target audience. Your efforts will directly impact our market standing and help us achieve our revenue goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of strategies using relevant metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities through extensive market research and analysis.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create synergy between marketing and sales activities.
  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral and campaigns to drive brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and delivery.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor competitors’ product offerings and marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing performance reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of promotional and marketing events.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and ethical standards in marketing practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales and marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred.
