Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed sales targets in substation automation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the substation automation market.
  • Present and demonstrate substation automation solutions effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align delivery solutions with client expectations.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients to resolve their queries and issues.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consultative selling.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver effective proposals, presentations, and sales reports to management.
  • Negotiate and close deals with both new and existing clients efficiently and professionally.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years experience in sales, preferably in substation automation.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex substation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed established sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
