Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring an exceptional client service experience. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, handling inquiries from clients, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations. You will act as the liaison between the sales team and other departments, fostering an environment of excellent organizational communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient in coordinating various tasks, and proficient in building relationships both within the organization and with clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining the structure and ensuring the efficiency of the sales division.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and conferences effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and client information.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments for seamless communication.
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure they are directed to the appropriate sales team member.
  • Ensure all sales resources are up to date and easily accessible for the sales team.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training activities for new sales staff members in the team.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report findings to sales management regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials align with current campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and promotional activities.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets and overall company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role for at least two years.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
