Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the sales department, acting as the backbone of the sales team by ensuring the sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a knack for multitasking. The Sales Coordinator assists in the development and execution of sales strategies, manages customer relationships, and provides administrative support to the sales team. They are also responsible for tracking sales leads, coordinating with the marketing department on promotional strategies, and maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential as they often act as the bridge between clients and the sales team, ensuring that client needs are understood and met. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales efforts with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure business deals.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and update relevant documentation.
  • Manage incoming customer and client inquiries and provide timely responses to maintain satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Organize and execute sales meetings, conferences, and workshops, coordinating logistics as needed.
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics to assist sales strategy enhancement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales orders and oversee the completion of sales transactions.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns, providing quick and effective solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer service role within a sales environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software systems for data management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle critical situations with ease.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
