  • Assist in handling customer complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Attend team meetings to stay informed on sales strategies and objectives.

  • Help organize and attend sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team setting.
