The QC Officer 16D25 plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of products within a company. Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous inspections and testing of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and effectively communicate defects or compliance issues within the product.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for enhancement.
• Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and legal regulations.
• Analyze data from quality control tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Communicate quality issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each quality control process conducted.
• Train and guide junior staff on quality control approaches and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials meet the specified required standards.
• Ensure that all quality control activities and results are documented and archived.
• Assist in the development and review of quality assurance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and quality assurance methodologies.
• Proficiency in using quality control software and tools for testing purposes.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are crucial.
