QC Executive - Printing and Packaging 27N25

As a QC Executive in the Printing and Packaging industry, you will play an essential role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met for all products. You will monitor production processes, inspect materials, and perform regular audits to ascertain that all quality benchmarks are being upheld. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of printing and packaging materials to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor production lines for consistent printing quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform random checks during production to prevent defects and non-compliance.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for the organization.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify and address quality-related issues.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and logs accurately.
• Train operators and staff on quality standards and inspection methods in the industry.
• Investigate and analyze root causes of defects and process deviations effectively.
• Implement corrective actions based on audit and inspection findings to ensure improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications consistently.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
• Prepare and present quality reports and dashboard reviews to senior management regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in quality control within printing or packaging industries.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and legal standards applicable to industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of training others and reporting findings clearly.
