Job Description

As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities for all properties under management.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with maintenance contractors and vendors.
  • Schedule regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities for all properties.
  • Manage and update the maintenance records and documentation accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize operational downtime and tenant inconvenience.
  • Assist in developing the maintenance budget and monitor expenses to stay within allocated resources.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve property maintenance operations and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with property management teams regarding maintenance progress and issues.
  • Implement sustainability practices in maintenance operations to reduce environmental impact.
  • Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure they perform duties effectively and safely.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
