Responsibilities

  • Conduct post-sales follow-up activities to enhance customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or related sales position.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product benefits.
  • Proven ability to create engaging sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and align them with product features.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential for managing client data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Demonstrated technical competency to understand and explain complex solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
