As a Penetration Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information systems. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities across our networks, applications, and infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough penetration tests on networks, applications, and other critical systems.
• Identify and document security vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to remediate identified security issues promptly.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans that align with security policies.
• Utilize a variety of penetration testing tools and techniques to simulate cyber attacks.
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in cybersecurity.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings to communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide security recommendations and assist in creating secure software development practices.
• Participate in incident response activities and investigations when necessary.
• Advise on security-related aspects of infrastructure and development projects.
• Educate staff on recognizing and protecting against social engineering and phishing attacks.
• Work to continuously improve the security posture of the organization through regular tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Penetration Tester or similar role in cybersecurity.
• In-depth knowledge of various penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, web applications, and security architecture.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with complex systems.
• Ability to communicate complex security issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
