Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager specializing in Human Resources (HRO) and Recruitment to oversee our organizational recruitment strategies and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR and recruitment policies to improve efficiency.

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding for new hires.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment activity and HR operations performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Facilitate training workshops for recruitment team members to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in HR management or recruitment operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment and HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices standards.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in using HR and recruitment software solutions and platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
