The Operations Manager – HRO / Recruitment is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful execution of recruitment and human resources functions within an organization. This role requires strategic planning, coordination, and administration of HR operations, aimed at enhancing efficiency and aligning HR services with the company’s broader goals. As the Operations Manager, you will drive recruitment strategies, streamline HR processes, manage a team of HR professionals, and maintain compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and has extensive experience in human resources operations management. You will play a critical role in fostering a productive team environment, promoting operational excellence, and implementing innovative solutions to meet business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the human resources and recruitment operations team effectively.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR activities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient HR operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and forecast talent requirements.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to make informed operational decisions.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive new employee experience.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members on complex issues.
  • Maintain updated HR records and generate reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Oversee performance management processes and support staff development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in diverse environments.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are crucial.
  • Certification in HR, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is a plus.
