Job Description

The Operations Manager for HRO/Recruitment is pivotal in ensuring that the daily operations of the human resources and recruitment departments run efficiently and effectively. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, execution skills, and people management abilities. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our recruitment processes, enhancing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence to meet organizational goals. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, support the HR team in process innovation, and lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with industry regulations and align departmental practices with best practices in recruitment and human resources operations.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of recruitment operations to ensure efficient process execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance candidate experience and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve operational performance continually.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify key recruitment needs and timelines.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment and HR operations efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
  • Manage recruitment budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Train and mentor recruitment team members to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Develop strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other service providers.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Influence and drive change in organizational culture regarding recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in recruitment operations and management.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with HR and recruitment software tools and platforms is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative recruitment solutions.
