Job Description

The Operations Manager for HRO/Recruitment is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of our human resources and recruitment functions. This position involves strategic planning, process management, and logistical oversight to ensure that our HR and recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Operations Manager will lead a team of HR professionals and recruiters, ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to deliver the highest quality service. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to deploy innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. As a key player in our HR department, you will be expected to collaborate with other departments to support our overall business objectives and enhance the employee experience.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the HR and recruitment departments efficiently.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all departments.
  • Monitor and analyze workforce trends to help in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Lead and mentor an operations team to optimize HR and recruitment functions effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand their hiring needs and provide support.
  • Implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of HR operations and recruitment activities.
  • Create and manage budgets for HR and recruitment operations ensuring no financial discrepancies.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations.
  • Oversee the use of HR software and technology to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for HR and recruitment services procurement.
  • Facilitate communication between HR, recruitment teams, and other business units regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in HR operations or recruitment management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use HR analytics.
  • Proficiency with HR software and recruitment systems to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration successfully.
