Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of five years.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across departments.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and business intelligence tools.
