Job Description

The Operations Manager 26N25 is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations within an organization. This position demands a strategic thinker who can plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of an organization. The primary responsibility is to implement and manage efficient processes to optimize productivity, reduce costs, enhance service quality, and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to. As an Operations Manager, you will be required to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, liaise with key stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team to effectively execute daily operations and meet targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate overall operational performance for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Analyze data and compile reports on operational metrics and financial performance.

  • Plan and oversee organizational change projects to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an operations management role is essential.
  • Proven expertise in managing and leading a high-performing operations team.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience analyzing complex data sets for insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on results and efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with operational best practices, process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
