Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers and distributors.
  • Identify and visit potential clients to expand product reach in the market.
  • Convey key product benefits and safety information to convince healthcare professionals.
  • Organize medical conferences and seminars to promote product line and share updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive activities.
  • Deliver sales presentations to a range of healthcare and medical audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.
  • Prepare detailed records and reports of sales activities and outcomes into CRM systems.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels among clients.
  • Stay updated with the medical and pharmaceutical industry's latest developments and trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and other goals set out by the management team.
  • Coordinate supply chain processes to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Medical Representative or similar role is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of the medical and pharmaceutical industry's terminologies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to travel extensively and hold a valid driver's license if required.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis tools to manage sales operations.
  • Adequate knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
