Requirements

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field is required.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized board.
• Minimum of two years' experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and automated diagnostic testing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to report complex test results effectively.
