Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field required.
• Certification by a recognized credentialing agency, such as ASCP, is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and conducting various tests accurately.
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety practices and quality assurance protocols.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail in completing tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with medical staff effectively.
