Junior Quality controller 20N25

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. As a Junior Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our production processes by implementing quality control tests and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely under the guidance of senior quality controllers to evaluate product quality, track defects, and help in quality assurance processes. Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control tests and inspections on all finished products.
• Identify defects and issues, and report them to senior quality control staff.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of quality control equipment.
• Document quality control test results and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Participate in training sessions to improve quality inspection skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify potential quality improvements.
• Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Review and suggest improvements to quality control procedures and processes.
• Assist in preparing product compliance documents for internal and external audits.
• Support senior quality officers in maintaining quality assurance documentation.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure raw material quality meets specifications.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the quality assurance supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify product defects.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Good communication skills to provide feedback and report quality issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
