Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems within an organization. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees and clients alike. Your primary goal is to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience providing technical support in a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of computer operations, hardware, and software systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Familiarity with network diagnostics and analytical tools for issue resolution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective user interactions.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
