Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Expert or similar role in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective support.
