As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a harmonious blend of leadership, technical expertise, and an eye for design, ensuring the realization of plans and blueprints into tangible, aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of interior design and construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with designers, contractors, and clients. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interior design project activities on-site, ensuring compliance with plans.
• Ensure project completion within established timeframes and budget constraints.
• Review and interpret design specifications and blueprints accurately for construction execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a site supervisor in the interior design industry.
• Proficient in interpreting and understanding architectural and interior design blueprints.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective project management.
