An Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with clients without direct face-to-face interaction.   • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure aligned messaging and campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales and technique proficiencies.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to sales management and team members.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes to identify potential opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships over the phone.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
