Job Description

The HR & Operations Manager plays a critical role in shaping the workforce environment and ensuring the organizational efficiency of business operations. This dual-role position requires a deep understanding of human resources management and operational strategies. As the HR & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing employees, as well as overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth processes and effective outcomes. This role involves a variety of tasks involving HR functions such as hiring, compliance, and employee relations, in addition to operational tasks like strategic planning and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a strong acumen for problem-solving, and the ability to foster a productive work environment while aligning business strategies with organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment efforts including screening, interviews, and onboardings.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and efficient workflow processes.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Design and monitor key performance indicators for HR and operational functions.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for staff improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular assessments of operations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain operational budgets to optimize resource management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage and lead teams while driving productivity and engagement.
  • Experience in operational management and business process optimization.
  • Proficiency with HR software and general business management tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • High level of organizational skills with capacity for multitasking.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with all levels of staff.
