Job Description

As an HR & Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and strategic management of both human resources and business operations. This position requires an experienced leader who can balance the needs of people management with operational efficiency. You will be responsible for implementing policies that enhance employee satisfaction while also executing strategies that drive organizational success. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor employment regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing HR and operational functions effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities at all organizational levels.
