Job Description

As an HR & Operations Manager at 02N25, you will play a crucial role in steering our organization towards success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and operational systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of improving team performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction.
  • Proficient in using HR software and other management tools for operations.
