Job Description

The role of a Guest Service Associate in the Food & Beverage Service sector is pivotal in ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience from the moment they are greeted until they leave.   • Participate in training sessions and staff meetings for professional growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure in busy environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems and payment handling.
