As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and courteously.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Maintain an organized work area with accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with returning and new guests.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure services exceed their expectations.
  • Coordinate special requests or arrangements for guests proactively.
  • Assist in promoting and upselling hotel services and amenities.
  • Handle guest billing inquiries and payments accurately and swiftly.
  • Contribute towards meeting and exceeding performance and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a guest-facing role in hospitality settings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
