Job Description

As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be at the front line of an organization, serving as the face of the company and a critical touchpoint for guests and clients. Your role will be to ensure exceptional service delivery, making every visitor's experience delightful and memorable. This position requires a blend of professionalism, hospitality skills, and excellent communication abilities to assist guests with inquiries, manage their needs, and resolve issues with grace and efficiency. You will be representing the company ethos in every interaction, which requires a high level of tact and diplomacy. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and clients warmly and professionally as they arrive.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly via face-to-face, phone, or email communication.
  • Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met satisfactorily.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requirements seamlessly.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues with a positive customer service approach.
  • Provide guests with local information and suggestions for activities and dining.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area for guests and employees.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep accurate records of guest interactions and maintain confidentiality protocols.
  • Assist with booking reservations, tours, and transportation for guests as needed.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve guest satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in guest services or a related customer service role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
