As a Guest Relation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and pleasant stay. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing them with exceptional service and a warm welcome. Your responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that guests feel valued and appreciated. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that every guest need is met with efficiency and professionalism. Proficiency in communication, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to handle diverse guest interactions are essential qualities we seek in prospective candidates for this role. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for all guests, ensuring satisfaction and comfort.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities.
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times with guests.
  • Assist in developing guest feedback processes to improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on local attractions, dining, and entertainment options for guests.
  • Foster a welcoming environment by greeting guests warmly and courteously.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any service shortcomings.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
