Food and Beverage Server (225-921)

As a Food and Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and efficiently delivering food and beverages to customers. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently from guests.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guests' questions about menu items.
• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by checking on their needs.
• Process guest payments using the point of sale system with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service to guests.
• Monitor dining area for spilled drinks or food and clean promptly.
• Upsell additional products such as desserts or specialty drinks to guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties for smooth operational flow.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time during shifts.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items to assist guests effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
