Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of restaurant areas for hospitality functions.
• Participate in training sessions to improve service techniques and knowledge.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver seamless and efficient service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the restaurant.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and basic math skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
