Job Description

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company's sales strategy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients while directly selling our range of products or services. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.

  • Conduct regular field visits to engage with potential and existing clients.
  • Present product features and benefits in a compelling manner to customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in a timely and efficient way.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales interactions within the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors’ activities to drive sales growth.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve product and service offerings.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.
  • Continuously build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in field sales or B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented attitude.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients in the field.
