Job Description

The Field Sales Representative 24D25 plays a crucial role in driving our sales efforts on the ground. This position involves actively engaging with potential and existing customers in specified geographic territories to promote and sell products or services. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, resourceful, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills. As a representative of the company, you will build and maintain strong relationships, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to achieving the sales targets and overall growth of the company. Being on the frontline, you will gather valuable insights and feedback to help the company stay competitive in the industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various sales and research activities.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to promote offerings.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals to secure new business deals.
  • Meet or exceed the sales targets set forth by the management team consistently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective growth strategies and marketing plans.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networking opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline and client database.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and market feedback to the sales manager or team leader.
  • Offer exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to enhance customer education and sales success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally in a field-sales capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Demonstrated capacity to meet and exceed set sales targets consistently.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting purposes.
