Job Description

The Field Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships with clients in a specific geographical area. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product line.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territory or sector.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients in-person.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market potential and track sales and status reports regularly.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape changes.
  • Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional learning programs.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a field sales representative or similar role.
  • Strong ability to close sales by managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to customer needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for tracking purposes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory.
