Job Description

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the crucial link between our company and its clients, tasked with driving sales and fostering relationships within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by promoting our products and services to potential customers while building long-term relationships that ensure sustained growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients regularly.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the client's needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales closures.
  • Gather and analyze market and client data to forecast sales trends.
  • Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Generate sales reports and document progress and challenges in the sales pipeline.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Offer feedback based on client interactions to aid in product development and improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach in field conditions.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills for effective territory management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales techniques strategies.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
