Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for visiting prospective clients, presenting our products or services, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. You will need to be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a persuasive negotiation aptitude, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present product portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions tailored to meet those requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Submit regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to network and generate leads.
  • Provide timely feedback to internal teams about client needs and competitive activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or similar roles is essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a persuasive sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned sales territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
