Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by effectively promoting and selling our products/services to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently in the field. Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present products/services.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements.
  • Collect and analyze market data to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Report sales activities and progress to the sales manager in a timely manner.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape for effective selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory.
