Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced F&B Service Expert to join our esteemed hospitality team. The F&B Service Expert will work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Lead and train service staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient order processing and service timing.
  • Implement and monitor systems to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Assess customer feedback to make necessary improvements to service offerings.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to prevent shortages and surplus.
  • Coordinate with management to execute special events and promotions smoothly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all service areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Create detailed reports on sales, services, and operational efficiency for review.
  • Develop and implement staff schedules to optimize coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about menu items and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage service roles.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations and sound financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
